Seeking Guidance
August 31, 2008
This morning I was contacted by Vanessa, a new Facebook friend asking me if I seek outside guidance. The answer to that is complicated. You see if I am disconnected ten I may feel that I need outside confirmation or guidance, but I don’t stay disconnected for very long, so I don’t actually ever contact anyone for guidance or confirmation.
I use the Abraham process of letting my emotions be my guide for confirmation. For guidance, I channel the information for myself. It is much easier for me to get information for other people, but with focus and desire I can quickly and easily get my own answers. Sometimes I am lazy in nature in getting my own answers and gone are the days of asking and re-asking 40 times. One of the first things I learned from working with the Natives was building confidence, faith and trust in the information I was getting for others. I have that confidence, even when my clients aren’t yet aligned with the information I am giving them I KNOW that the information is accurate. I spent 7 years training in being a clear channel, removing my emotions and being accurate.
So, sometimes I’d like the easy route of someone else giving me information, but that doesn’t happen. What does happen is I feel my way through life using my emotions. I spend more time than most people do in lining up my energy with Source Energy on a daily and nightly basis and when I do need answers I use the same process I use for others on myself and I get my own answers.
If I do get my knickers in a twist I have people I can call on who have statements they can say to me that remind me to reconnect. My best friend Jackie and my husband have been instructed to say one of a few statements that trigger my remembering who I really am.
Here are some of the statements:
Your Inner Being loves you.
All is well.
After this resistance is what you want.
Thank you Vanessa, you are beautiful and loved!

Feel Good Now Update
August 30, 2008
Please Note: For this post to make the most sense you’ll want to read yesterday’s post first!
Today I woke up with the mantra “I Feel Better Now” playing in my head. I did feel better. I felt as good if not better than I did when I would wake up in the comfy bed on an Abraham Cruise (www.abraham-hicks.com).
Yesterday after writing my post a friend came over and she helped me look in the oil tank, it was definitely about one third full. Obviously not empty. That made me so happy and I was then able to focus my attention on the Aga. Aga’s ARE cooking Gods, they are quite basic and effective and I have lots of faith in them. I called the Aga Man, Andy, and he helped me to sort it out over the phone. It took a few phone calls, but in the end I got the Aga lit and was a happy bunny.
Julian and I went down to the village shop to get some things to make for dinner and when we got back the Aga was smoking, she’s never done that before. Again we called the the Aga Man. Through all these calls I felt good and confident that the problem would be resolved. I have faith in my Aga, I have faith in all Aga’s. I just didn’t have faith in having enough oil and being loved. Now I am building on my faith of having enough oil. The Aga man told us to wait an hour and if it was still smoking to call him. It wasn’t, we didn’t.
We made a lovely tabbouleh salad, ate and had a lovely evening. This morning I got up early to check on the Aga and she was cold. Absolutely cold. I am feeling peace and serenity. I have complete faith that whatever is going on is simple and easy to rectify. She’s an Aga. I’m feeling that whatever resistance I have going on is minimal and I am loving how minimal it is.
I feel that all the extra work I am putting into my day to stay at a higher vibration is working. I feel good. I’m also over the moon that I was able to change something that would have last year would have made me feel like Snow White being banished to the woods. Now I feel more like Snow White in the dwarves’ cottage having the love of seven kind beings and animals coming when I call. I’m going to go shopping in town now. I can’t wait to see how many wild animals I see on the way there. I’m wondering how good I have to feel to get robins to plait (braid) my hair. However good I’d have to feel to have that experience, I’m not far off.
I’m loving writing daily posts! I LOVE my clients. I especially love the clients that are on my monthly program that I speak to every week! It is amazing to be a witness to their happiness unfolding and how they are already starting to live their dream!
Find better feeling thoughts! It just feels good and you’ll get what you’ve always wanted, even if you don’t know what that is! More on that tomorrow!
I love you.
Thank you.

Feel GOOD Now!!
August 29, 2008
Today is a day that I wish I had a magic wand to wave around to improve things in my environment. Alas, I have a magic wand, it is just harder to pick up and use because I have to decide to feel good to use it. My magic wand is a process called ‘Find a Better Feeling Thought’.
Last night my Aga went cold. An Aga is an awesome huge cooking God (I don’t know what else to call it, I LOVE it!) that stays hot all the time and heats all my water and keeps my house nice and toasty-feeling. Honestly, I am blessed to be able to cook straight away, I have completely forgotten how to preheat an oven!
It turns out I’ve run out of oil, or maybe I haven’t. My Aga is one of my huge teachers, it replaced my mother. My mother taught me that when things went bad it was because God didn’t love her. I learned that teaching really well and I was able to let go of that with most everything apart from not having oil for my Aga. I kid you not, running out of oil used to be a big fat drama for me! I literally felt that God had removed his love from me and I even felt like the Universe was pooing on me. It is amazing how bad I allowed myself to feel over it!
The reason I say maybe I haven’t run out of oil, even though it looks like I have, is because the last time this scenario played out I went out and checked the oil gauge, my ex husband had also checked it and it was definitely out. I came back into the house and I purposefully found better feeling thoughts. Now I’d been working on this issue for years, yes, it is years! Like I said, I cleaned up my vibration with lots and lots of other things, but running out of oil was the the Rollover Jackpot of Feeling Bad. I must say that when I had gone out there last time I wasn’t feeling particularly bad, I also wasn’t skipping while singing and having robins plait my hair. I had accepted my fate and I did feel a bit weary. My weariness seemed to be set in stone once I had gone out and seen that there was no oil.
On the way back into the house I already started thinking of things that would make me feel better. I thought I could go back to bed with a good book for a while. That would be a comforting thing to do. Just thinking about that felt good. I got into the house and called the people that supply the oil and they scheduled a delivery. Gone are the days where I would blame them for not keeping it topped up properly or filling it soon enough. Then I continued to go about my day but looking for better feeling thoughts. I got myself into a really good place and for some reason got the inspiration to go back outside and look at the oil tank. Being the type of person who loves to follow inspiration, I went out there and looked at it. Surprise, surprise the tank was actually showing that it was half full.
Of course I questioned the whole incident in my own mind for a while. But I decided that what ever had actually transpired was all based on me changing my vibration. Was I in a bit of a funk and because of where I was, I wasn’t vibrationally aligned with seeing how much oil was there? Or was I not vibrationally aligned with having it and then when I got aligned the Universe provided it? I don’t know, and in fact I don’t really care.
What I DO care about is that it gave me proof that finding better feeling thoughts can actually change my environment for the better. It doesn’t really matter to me if my environment is changing to accommodate me or if I see things that were previously invisible to me. What I want to hold on to is that it works.
I ended up phoning the lady from the oil company back that day and telling her I had made a mistake and to cancel the delivery. She was most pleased with my call and thanked me. (Yet another thing happening for me to feel good!) She’d somehow scheduled an emergency delivery for that day. Which in itself was a miracle.
So, today I went out and saw that the tank does in fact look empty. I call the oil people and spoke with a nice man who tells me that maybe the oil tank really isn’t empty and asks have I looked inside. I have no idea how to look inside, maybe I will investigate later. But I am using his questioning as a way to feel even better. He can’t get anyone out here until Tuesday. That was the one thing that I felt bad about. Not being able to do big cooking until Tuesday did not fill me with Joy and Glee. SO, I keep going back to the thought of him not being convinced that I am out of oil. I also pulled on the really outlandish thought of going away on holiday until Tuesday. That’s not going to happen, but it feels GREAT to think about going to a Manor House hotel in the country and having all my meals prepared by a chef. I like that idea. Anyway, what’s important is that I feel loved. I know that the Divine adores me.
I’m also looking at this incident as yet another opportunity to clean up my vibration even more on thism and it’s giving me practice on finding better feeling thoughts.
Each and every obstacle and challenge that comes into your life is an opportunity for you to find ways to feel better. The whole point of being here is to have focused feelings of love, joy and happiness. Look at each challenge as an opportunity for you to feel better, and know that feeling better is how you get into alignment with everything it is that you really want. That is one concept that really keeps me going when I am struggling with letting go of the feeling bad. I think of what it is I really want, like a log house in Canada, and I tell myself that to get that I have to get over this feeling bad. I know that every challenge I have is a way to add energy to what I want by my turning it around to something I can feel good about.
That may sound flippant and that I find it easy to do. I don’t mean it that way at all. Not so very long ago Julian and I had a huge argument where I just couldn’t stop feeling bad. I’ve been playing at the “finding better feeling thoughts game” enough that I get a strong inner voice that coaxes me in the right direction, but sometimes I feel so bad that I want to stay in that place. That night I just kept digging myself into a bigger and deeper hole of bad feelings and thoughts and before I knew it Julian was saying he had enough, as in enough of our relationship. Now that was something that left me feeling even worse than I had before. I’d hit the bottom of that hole I had been digging.
Luckily I have worked with enough people and relationships to know that people make decisions while feeling bad that they wouldn’t make in their normal state of alignment. I’ve helped quite a few couples get back together and have greatly improved relationships on the basis that things were said and decisions were made when both were not a vibrational match to Divine’s LOVE. Yes, better feeling thoughts in the midst of a break up were much harder to find than they were for running out of oil!
Yet I learned three valuable lessons: 1) I from then on wanted to listen to my Inner Guidance about finding better feeling thoughts, 2) I preferred my contrast and lessons taking place with smaller things, like running out of oil, 3) That my theory that you can decide on what you WANT, rather than what is really works.
It took me a good couple of days to get over the emotions of that argument and Julian is still here. Our relationship is better than ever. I think a lot of that is down to the fact that I want to stay at a higher vibrational level. Something deep inside of me has clicked onto how feeling good actually feels good, and I get a lot more out of it than feeling bad.
My past is full of contrast. I’ve only read books about contrast that was worse than the contrast I had for 25 years. It doesn’t matter what that contrast was, what matters is that I learned extremely well how to feel bad; really, really bad. But things are different now, they have been better for a very long time. What wasn’t different was how I felt about myself and my life. What I’ve been working on along my spiritual path is to improve how I feel and in turn that improves how I see things.
I’m telling you this because it is MY process and I figure that if I can do it then so can you. This isn’t a competition of who had it worse, or who feels the worst. This is an opportunity to feel better than you ever did before.
Today I got yet another opportunity to feel good! How good are you willing to feel? I want for you more than anything to be able to choose feeling good, to fully grasp the concept of finding a better feeling thought and expanding on it.

Wide Angle Vision - Active Meditation
August 28, 2008
Wide Angle Vision is a way of getting into a meditative state yet remaining active. I personally have a problem with meditating. It can be very difficult for me to sit and quiet my mind. I’ve done it, I’ve had great results but it has always been a personal challenge.
I’ve always found active meditations much easier to do. My first encounter with active meditation was through Nichiren Daishonin Buddhism and chanting Nam Myoho Renge Kyo. This summer marks 20 years of practicing this active form of meditation. I have an active mind and I have experienced for myself how an active meditation suits an active mind better than a still meditation.
The whole purpose of me meditating is to get into alignment with who I really am, to feel good, to lift my energy and vibration to be more of a match to that of the Universe.
If you have an active mind think of your mind as a car that you are driving at 60MPH. You are driving along and someone tells you to slow down (meditate) and you have no idea about the breaks so you attempt all sorts of things to slow the car down. You may see some results. The whole point of slowing down is to get on the right road, but slowing down isn’t the only way to get you on the road that you want. You can get on the road you want to be on by matching your energy to the speed of the vehicle and just slowing down the internal dialogue.
Being in sync with the Divine is the whole point. Active meditation is a way of getting that connection yet slowing down the brain enough to allow paranormal experiences yet maintaining awareness of your physical world. Another way to expand awareness and the focus of a normal relaxed meditation is to open your eyes once you’ve gotten into a really relaxed state. It is a way of switching the meditation from an internal experience to an external experience.
I’ve now learned that my relaxation meditations are more vivid more real, have more clarity and physicality to them if I do them with my eyes open.
Wide Angle Vision is very easy to do. It is simply using your peripheral vision and maintaining the use of it. It is letting go of your focus on one object or line of vision and expanding it, having a complete lack of focus. This lack of focus and broader vision allows your mind to get into a state of Alpha. The more you stay in Wide Angle Vision the deeper into a state of Alpha you will go and the more aware you will become.
How To Do Wide Angle Vision:
In a wide open space - preferably outside - stand with your arms straight out at your sides. Look straight ahead with your head facing forwards. Have your palms facing out and wiggle your fingers. Allow yourself to see any movement from your fingers through your peripheral vision. Bring your arms forward slowly wiggling fingers until you see the movement, if you don’t see it straight away. Remember that most of us spend our lives being trained OUT of Wide Angle Vision, so wherever you see the movement of your fingers is fine. Notice how, even though you lack focus, you can see more movement and your hearing improves.
Wide Angle Vision is actually an awareness skill that my husband teaches, he teaches mostly physical skills, where I teach spiritual skills and philosophy - sometimes we cross over! When we teach this in nature, we have people look around and listen, to see how much wildlife they hear and see. Then we have them do Wide Angle Vision and do the same thing. Everyone is always amazed at how much more they saw and heard while using Wide Angle Vision. Using it is like turning on the Nature switch, your environment comes to life! When in Wide Angle Vision you keep your vision in peripheral until you see movement, then you focus on that movement. You are much more able to see the subtle movements and hear subtle sounds than you would be in the non meditative state of Beta.
One of my students was having a difficult time at work and I had her practice staying in Wide Angle Vision at work for the whole day. It really improved her work experience because she was able to stay in a calmer more meditative state yet still do her job through the day. She was able to have more awareness and clarity.
If you think about the average day of an average person in a first world country you will understand how we’ve been trained out of Wide Angle Vision. We live in boxes, drive in boxes, watch boxes and sometimes we even read box shaped objects. Houses, cars, TVs, computers, books, they all train us to see in segments instead of looking at the bigger picture.
An Lipan Apache Elder told me a story that he had heard from his Lipan Apache Elder who had escaped the white man. The Elder was able to be invisible to his hunters in wide open spaces because of his knowledge of how the white man saw. He said that because the white man saw in segments he had to put the segments together to make a big picture, and he would simple hide invisibly in the seam of two segments.
I love that story, it is so moving to me. The Natives have taught me so much and I am very appreciative!
My husband’s website is: http://huntergathererschool.com if you want to check out his work or ask him questions about physical awareness skills.
I love you.
Thank you.

See The Beauty That Surrounds You
August 27, 2008
Last night I was chatting to a friend of mine on Skype and I had this inspiration to send her my favorite YouTube video of the island I live on. When I’m working on the computer and getting a bit stressed out and I don’t feel like I have the time to fully disconnect from what I am doing and Ho’oponopono (which is in my humble opinion the best thing to do!) I will open up the YouTube link that I have bookmarked and at the very least listen to the comforting music from Vangelis.
I absolutely love this video! It is such a powerful tool for me. I saw the video that this incredible island surfer had produced and I was amazed. He saw the same island that we live on in such a different way. I allowed the beauty of what I was seeing to sink in and I made a decision and determination to change how I looked at things. I wanted to See the Beauty in everything I looked at.
So, when I am stressed or need a refresher in seeing things in a better way I watch this video. It reminds me of how much beauty there already is in my life. It gets me into a place of appreciation and most importantly it reminds me of how much good and abundance is in my life!
Find something that reminds you of how blessed you are. Find proof that the Divine is Showering YOU with Abundance. You are loved. Your Inner Being and I LOVE and ADORE YOU! We see your success and value!
When my husband and I work with clients together he tells them to create a ‘Rescue and Recovery Box’ in their moments of awareness to have in the moments of crisis. The idea is to have either a box or a folder on your computer that you keep the things that comfort you and remind you of who you are and who you want to be. The things that will bring you back into alignment with Source Energy, the Divine.
This video is my computer Rescue Remedy. My MP3 player is my physical Rescue Remedy. I have hours upon hours of Abraham seminars on it as well as Dr. Joe Vitale’s audio book of Zero Limits, the Zero Limits seminar and the entire The Missing Secret by Dr. Joe Vitale. If one of my own obstacles comes up I’ve got my MP3 with literally days of information to get me back into alignment and awareness!
Julian has a Dream Creation folder on his computer, a Dream Wall in his home office and his physical tools are ‘Nothing Special Living Zen’ by Charlotte Joko Beck and ‘Loving What Is’ by Byron Katie, doing a Sacred Silence meditation and his own MP3 player that has days of Abraham on it.
You are beautiful and you are loved!

Building Self Esteem
August 26, 2008
Today I received an email from a friend on a topic that I often discuss with clients: Self Esteem.
Self Esteem is something I have personally worked on a lot. I grew up having virtually none. So I have read, studied and trained in all sorts of methods to improve my own self esteem.
The one thing that has worked for me is having a daily consistent practice of doing something for myself. In the early days it was chanting for 5 to 10 minutes every morning. It doesn’t matter what it is that you do as long as it is for you.
I had a client once that had a real lack of self worth and esteem, she was always doing for others and getting her joy from theirs instead of experiencing it herself. It took a while for her to understand that this commitment was about her. She kept insisting that if she did something for a friend or for her children that would be the thing to lift her self esteem. Each idea she came up with was about pleasing someone else.
It soon became obvious that she didn’t feel that she was allowed to feel good or happy if anyone around her was unhappy. She felt responsible for the happiness of each person in her life.
I have one-off clients and I have clients that work with me on a regular basis until they have achieved a desired outcome. She was a one-off client. There are people that want and can take more and more of me and there are others that have to digest for 6 months to a year on what I’ve given them.
In the end she agreed on having a bath for 10 minutes every day, just locking herself in the bathroom on her own for 10 whole minutes. Doing that on a consistent basis would build on her relationship with her. She loved baths, by the way. The whole point of this is doing something that feels good.
With students and clients I have them do something of spiritual nature to build on their relationship with the Divine. I have them do a specific meditation (this would include chanting which is an active meditation), or listen or read to a specific author like Joe Vitale or the teachings of Abraham by Esther and Jerry Hicks for a minimum of 15 minutes a day.
Doing something every single day and sticking to it is reaffirming and restating that you really want the life you say you want. It builds the foundation of not only your self esteem, but also your value and self worth. Each day that you do that thing you do for you another piece of your dream is fitted into place.
I have all my clients knowing and remembering their clear goal to focus on, so they know WHY they are following through with their commitment each and every day. It’s not something that we work on for just self esteem. I have a client building a huge networking business and she wants to do it quickly, so she is using this process. It keeps her focused and it gives her the energy, courage and strength to do what she needs to do each and every day.
The key is to start with something manageable. For really super-busy clients I have them download a meditation on to an MP3 player and go to bed 5 minutes early and set their alarm clock in the morning 5 minutes earlier so they can listen to a short meditation. Then we work on extending the time on both ends.
I could write a billion posts on the importance of connecting to the Divine energy. It gets you aligned with who you are and what you want! It’s where I get my unlimited amount of love, peace and happiness!
I’m off to connect even more to the Divine!
Have a lovely day!!!!!!

What DO You Do To Feel Good?
August 25, 2008
OR better yet, What Do You DO To Get What You Really Want?
Over this past weekend I decided to just write a bit every day on my blog about what I am up to. Even if it’s just a sentence or two.
Making a commitment like that means that I have to be even more active on working on myself and it also allows everyone that reads this to get a better understanding of who I am!
This morning I did a lot of Ho’oponopono, in fact I am still doing it. Everyday I get new things to ‘clean’ on and my morning practice is to get up and Ho’oponopono myself into better feeling places. From practicing Buddhism for years I have a habit of chanting out loud first thing in the morning, even when I am still in bed. Getting out of bed in the morning is one of my challenges, which is hilarious considering that going to sleep at night is in contrast so difficult for me, there is always so much I want to do at night!
For years I would chant Nam Myoho Renge Kyo, a Buddhist chant, first thing in the morning. It was a way to set the energy for my day. It was a very easy switch to replace it with “I love you. I’m sorry. Please forgive me. Thank you.” I have a lazy nature and if I don’t start first thing the chance of me getting into a meditative state during the day are minimal.
Let me explain that I’ve created a life for myself where I spend most of the day, every day learning about personal development or spiritual teachings. So, it’s vital for me to start on the right foot or I can easily flounder the whole day doing whatever and not getting very far. My vision from my earliest memories where to be a spiritual leader. (By the way, if I do flounder a day or a week, I also do my best to see the teaching in that and I give myself allowance for doing or not doing whatever.)
I much prefer the energy and vibration of being aligned with who I am and it is much easier to keep that energy going than to be lax and build it up again. I have my own negative nature and I grew up with enough contrast that it is still at times easier to fall back on feeling bad than experiencing the joys of life. Ergo, I chant first thing in the morning to set the energy for my day.
Today I had an awesome experience! I was listening to Joe Vitale doing Ho’oponopono (a 30+ minute track from his set “The Missing Secret”) while using my Chi machine. This was after having chanted Ho’oponopono for around 15 minutes. I was already in a good space from doing Ho’oponopono, so it was easy for me to get into an even better state of clarity. I love having the clarity of what I want. Today I went straight into the feeling I had when I was on the Hawaii Abraham Cruise is 2007. I had just been in the hot seat with Abraham talking to me about my channeling and confirming that I would be channeling for large groups like the group that was there. When I got out of the hot seat I just walked straight out of the Vista Lounge where the seminar was taking place and went and stood at a window looking out to sea. It was a clear and sunny day and I felt more complete than I ever had in my entire life. I LOVE when I tap into the energy of that moment. I was loving the feeling of being in that moment, I was really reveling in the bliss of it.
After a while the energy started to shift and was experiencing the energy of being discovered. For me that means someone that knows how to market and knows about spirituality and healing literally discovers me and supports me to do the work I love and want to do. This is an idea and a desire that I’ve had for years. Each day I get more and more aligned with it. But today was the first day I really FELT it, I was living and breathing the experience of having the life I’ve been creating.
It was such an awesome experience to really be in that place of having what I wanted. And I know that because I experienced in so clearly and the feeling where so delicious that it means I am almost fully aligned with having it. That has encouraged me to continue my daily practice of Ho’oponopono-ing. It was my sign of things to come, quickly!
Each day I start the day doing what feels good to me. It’s important to me because it allows me to build on my faith in not only my dreams but in myself. I get the courage, strength and confidence I need to move forward and to take steps that I would have taken eventually, but I take them that day, because I am more aligned. I see the work that I do each and every day as a way to align with what I really want. I used to do it more for the people I work with. I wanted to be in the best state for them and although it is true that I want to be my best and give my best to whoever I work it is even more satisfying and pleasurable to do it for my own enjoyment.

Ask Angela - Ho’oponopono
August 23, 2008
I have a group called Ask Angela on the Powerful Intentions website:
www.powerfulintentions.org/group/askangela
It’s another way for me to do what I love to do which is to support people into alignment. I just had a great question which allowed me to respond with some useful information so I have copied and pasted the question and my answer here for you!
QUESTION:
Hi Angela,
I want to support a friend who is having a healing crisis that could be very serious.
I know that the Ho’oponopono method (I love you, I’m sorry, I forgive you, I thank you) can clear the energy of a situation as we clear ourselves.
Can you please explain how to use Ho’oponopono in this situation?
Do I just focus on what resonates within me in regards to their situation, saying the 4 healing mantras to myself about me? Or, do I say the four sentences as if I am saying them to the other person?
Thanks in advance for answering!
ANSWER:
Dear Kim,
The short answer would be to find the same situation within yourself, or anything similar that allows you to relate to it, and Ho’oponopono on it. (Yes, saying the 4 mantras)
My belief from Buddhism and from training with Native American medicine peoples is that we can only heal others through healing ourselves. This has really been my experience and Ho’oponopono is in perfect alignment with my belief.
I also believe that when anything comes into my awareness it’s an opportunity for me to ‘clean’ on it. So, as I am writing this I am saying the phrases:
I love you
I’m sorry
Please forgive me
Thank you
to my memories of being in a healing crisis. I have had lots of healing crisis’ and its something I haven’t Ho’oponopono’d so I thank you for giving me this opportunity to ‘clean’ on it!
As I sit here replying to you I have already remembered several times of being in that place and I am holding the memory and saying the phrases until the energy dissipates and I feel good, instead of ‘being in’ that memor when I think of it.. That’s my personal gauge that it is clear with in me. And when it is clear in me I will know that it is clear in your friend.
I’d like to take this opportunity to tell you another way that I use Ho’oponopono. For things that I seriously want to clean I use the 4 phrases. But I also love to get into a place of Love and Appreciation. The way I do that is to start by saying “I love you” as my mantra and then I find things in my present to feel good about. If for some reason I’m not feeling bad, but I’m also not feeling great, I will look in my past for something that felt good, or something I loved to focus on. I will say “I love you” to the Universe and to that thing or situation. I will keep finding things in my past until I feel really good in my present and then I will love and appreciate the things in my present. I do this for a minimum of 10 minutes each morning.
I’ve found that it gets me into a complete state of BLISS. I am able to fully LOVE and APPRECIATE what is in my present and I spend all the time after the first minute or so being aligned with who I really am. I can feel the energy of Source flooding through me. I experience the dreams I have as if they are real, naturally, with no effort or conscious thought on my part.
I highly recommend getting into a present state of bliss! I’d love for you to try it out and tell me what experience you have had!

Create Your Dream
August 11, 2008
A lovely friend of mine asked me a question today that prompted me to share a Creation Exercise that I call the Sundial Exercise. I call it that because it works all of the consciousness to get focus and clarity on a desire so that it can be more readily manifested!
So, here’s the Sundial Exercise:
Take a blank piece of paper and draw a little circle in the middle. Just big enough to write what you want inside the circle. For example: house, car, job, husband, baby, etc.
If you are putting in a person, like a husband, you want to literally write husband, even if who you really want is Steve Hotpants (that works over in accounting to be the one carrying you over the threshold). Do this powerful exercise to create what you want but allowing others free will of choice!
Now you’ve got the middle of your sun that has the thing you want written in it. Imagine you are 5 again drawing a sun. Start at the edge of your circle and draw a straight line out.
On that straight line write a trait that you want your ‘desired thing’ to have. And keep going around the circle drawing a straight line out adding a trait, for example if it is a husband and you are still thinking along the lines of Steve Hotpants then perhaps you might write “is clever in a sexy way’, or ‘has a great sense of mathematical humor’. You can describe Steve Hotpants, you just can’t name him.
Once you’ve gone around and made yourself a wonderful sundial with all the qualities and traits, physical, emotional, spiritual, anything you want put it somewhere you will see it as it is, like on your bedside table or on your fridge.
If you are really wanting whatever it is you wrote in that circle, then you’ll want to put a bit more effort into this project. Each day you will want to start from scratch and delete qualities or traits from the day before, modify them or just add new ones.
The act of re-writing it and putting your attention and focus on it helps to clarify what you want and it helps you to get more into alignment with what your Inner Being/Higher Self/Source wants for you. Often times from our limited perspective we reach for things that are less than what Source wants for us. So add to your Sundial the phrase “This or something better.”
When I do a Sundial I put it on my alter and keep it there, even when I am fine tuning it, the Sundial for that day stays on my alter and I give it a moment or two of my focus and attention.
Even if you don’t re-write and re-work your Sundial, you’ll get what you want. I’ve found, though, that the more you put into it the more clarity and focus you will get and that will lead to a quicker result.
Ho’oponopono
August 6, 2008
Today I got a message from a Facebook friend saying she read about Ho’oponopono on my website and that she wanted to know more about it and my experience with it. So, I thought it would be a great idea to write a post about it.
Ho’oponopono is a Kahuna healing method that I learned from reading Joe Vitale’s book Attractor Factor. I then read more about Ho’oponopono from reading Joe Vitale’s book Zero Limits. I am in now way an expert on Ho’oponopono and I would highly recommend either book for more info. Zero Limits is specifically about Ho’oponopono.
I do Ho’oponopono two ways.
The first way is to say ‘I love you’ over and over again to the Divine and I remember events, situations that I love to help me to FEEL THE LOVE. It’s my personal way of doing the ‘cleaning’ as it is called AND appreciating so that I am attracting more of the moments that I love into my life.
The second way is to say the following phrases:
I love you.
I’m sorry.
Please forgive me.
Thank you.
When I am saying ‘I love you’ it is to the Universe, the Divine, that greater power that I am a part of.
When I am saying “I’m sorry” it is to the Universe, the Divine and to myself. I am apologizing for forgetting that I am an extension of Source Energy, that I am a beautiful expression of Divinity. I’m apologizing for the times that I acted out of fear and lack mentally and anything else that I felt from forgetting the unconditionally love and immense power that I have access to.
When I am saying “Please forgive me” I am saying that to myself, to every single part of me. I believe and know that I am the only judge, jury and executioner for my own wrong doings. The Divine is not the one with the score card putting ticks for and against me, it’s me that does that. So when I say “Please forgive me” I am asking myself to pardon the things that I did when I forgot who I was and acted out from that place of disconnect.
When I say “Thank you” I am thanking the Divine and the Universe for everything. Yes, literally everything, what I perceive as good AND bad, because everything I am getting is a reflection of my vibration. It’s an indication of what my thoughts are and how much I need to ‘clean’. I am also thanking myself for the awareness of doing the Ho’oponopono process of cleaning in the first place and for that matter every action that I have taken from a place of awareness.
My experience of using Ho’oponopono is phenomenal. I have studied personal development and spirituality with a great passion for 20 years and in that time I have trained with some incredible and amazing teachers that literally could perform miracles. My biggest miracle came from doing Ho’oponopono. Regardless of all my training and all the therapies I had and trained in I still held the image of an abused and unloved little girl. Three months of doing Ho’oponopono every day for at least 10 minutes changed that horrible self image.
Before Ho’oponopono I had the same exact training and I had no confidence in my ability to work with people because of my past and how I viewed myself. My miracle happened one day when I woke up and my past was just gone, my past image of myself was gone, no matter how hard the weak part of me would try to re-create that image of poor little unloved girl nothing came up apart from a clean slate. I got to decide how I was going to view myself RIGHT NOW! That was an incredible miracle!
When doing the Ho’oponopono during those three months I would bring up the bad feelings about myself and how I viewed myself and use the four phrases over and over again. I let myself cry and I went through disbelief and any number of unpleasant emotions, but I just did the ‘cleaning’.
It is said that the ‘cleaning’ of Ho’oponopono cleans the memory and energy all the way back to the beginning of the primordial soup. I would definitely agree with that. After years upon years of training and studying I found that Ho’oponopono is the easiest and most effective tool for clearing limiting beliefs and negative memories quickly.
