Personally I feel when we exclude we are giving our power away. I’m not saying that we should give our power away or do anything that feels less than orgasmic. What I am saying is when we throw our hands up and shout ‘not that’ the Universe doesn’t here the ‘not’ part.

Thanks for the awareness. If he’s in my group of FB and you are really worried about all the beautiful and spiritual woman that are my FB friends then feel free to post openly on my wall and say what feels good to you.

For me it goes against my grain to inform anyone about the negative possibilities of anyone. It seems to open a Pandora’s box of infinite negative and disempowering possibilities. Which is completely the opposite of what I am here to support people with.

Further more who am I to question God, Creator the Universe? What happened with you was real and it has to do with you and God, who am to judge that or name that? How could I possibly know why it transpired. From my limited perspective and knowledge I say that it is to do with you and your connection to your greatness. Yet I am a focused human being with limited abilities compared to the entire Universe.

How can I judge any man, woman, or situation? How can anyone know the full extent of what is transpiring from our limited awareness and limiting beliefs?

My stance is that the Universe is ALWAYS guiding us to our greatness, even when we have been guided into a pile of poo. When you get out of the poo pile and clean yourself up you will see that more of what you want is there for you.

Dear Beautiful Co-Creators,

Has anyone cottoned on that I use Facebook? There are some annoyed people on Facebook because of the change in layout on Facebook.

Today I got an invitation to join a group, this was the header: 1,000,000 AGAINST THE NEW FACEBOOK LAYOUT!

I sent the whole of the group this message:

“You might find the energy of being ‘FOR the Old Facebook’ works better than being AGAINST. When you are pushing away the focus of pushing away attracts more of it. What you focus on is what you CREATE. Put your focus on what you want, not what you don’t want!

I got a reply that basically said it depends and that it’s sometimes good to say no. I replied:

Today I was included in a mass mail out from someone on Facebook wanting to get the message out to ban a man that had ‘used’ her. (I am using the word use, she had a long story that I am just not getting into..)

At first I was unclear as to why I was included in receiving the message and I just was not going to reply. Then I thought I would get involve and I am sharing my point of view with you.  Everyday is a good day to remember that as women we have power. Please enjoy the message and know that YOU ROCK!

Hello Lovely and Gorgeous Women,

I’d like to take this opportunity to remind you that whatever happens between you and anyone else is a direct reflection of your connection with who you really are.

This might be a great time to put energy into feeling your strength and personal power.

Society tells us that we have to serve and protect others. The Universe teaches us that we will be our greatness through adoring ourselves, our lives and having fun. Funnily enough when we do adore ourselves, our lives and have fun, we are naturally uplifting and helping EVERYONE in our environment just by breathing.

Also, this might be a great time to consider that what anyone has going on with them (anyone that isn’t YOU) is between them and their higher power. Who are we to think we know better than God, the Universe, Creator?

We are ALL infinite beings finding our way back to the awareness of our greatness, unconditional love and power. The best thing we can do for anyone in need is to truly know who we are and use it to expand our own personal happiness!

We hit turbulence in the journey of life, it’s just part of the getting to what you came here for. Be aware of what meaning you give that turbulence as it can affect your future.

I do two things with turbulence, I assume that it is the resistance before the yummy stuff that I really want AND I decide that it’s merely interesting. My intent is to stay away from locking in any meaning or value that may keep me from adoring myself or my life.

You are strong powerful women… you are infinite. If there were no limits of time and space what and who would you be?

All Of Life Comes To Me With Ease and Joy and Glory

Dear Gorgeous and Beautiful Friends,

Today has been such a journey! I started out my day making rice crispy treats for my children. Then had a bit of a panic as I couldn’t find my favorite iron for making my art. I found it, but only after I grounded and relaxed and decided that it was OK to use the other iron.

Julian and I have come to London to do another Access course. I am so excited, I just had to write and tell you how amazing Access tools are.  My new mantra has been: All of Life Comes to Me With Ease and Joy and Glory. 

Huge shifts have been occurring for me through using this mantra on a daily basis.  When driving to the ferry I saw two kestrels and 3 hawks up close. Close enough to see their markings, incredible! I am a big fan of birds of prey! I love them! I use my boardroom technique to align with them more and more!

We had problems with the ferry we were going to use and it added almost 3 hours to our journey. We later found out that all ferries were running apart from that one. It was all good, as I was able to see some swans up close, they are so beautiful, and I gave Julian a healing. 

My life keeps opening up and expanding for me. My awareness of what is in alignment with my Inner Being keeps becoming clearer and clearer. This is an awesome experience for me! Although I have been able to see clearly for other people for as long as I can remember, I have never had that clarity for myself on any sort of consistent basis.

My day has unfolded in an amazing way today. I was able to spend time with my children, create some amazing art, cross the sea and talk to Bobbies in London. The hotel I was guided to stay at is incredible. I am so loving it. 

I have invested a small fortune in my bed at home, so staying away from home can often be a little less than comfortable! Not today! I am sat on a bed with feather everything and Egyptian Cotton! I am a big fan of both, the mattress is also Divine! 

I am so excited about this weekend and the clearing that will be taking place. I am excited that I get to share my new state of clarity with you!

Julian ordered the CD sets for last years Alaska and Caribbean Cruise. I just finished the Alaska Cruise CD set and really loved it! I highly recommend it! (http://www.abraham-hicks.com)

25 Things About Me

Dear Gorgeous and Beautiful Friends,

A Facebook friend tagged me in a note where she wrote 25 random tidbits about herself. I decided to play along as I love getting to know people and sharing, so I wanted to keep that energy going.

Here is the note that I put up on Facebook:

Rules: Once you’ve been tagged, you are supposed to write a note with 25 random
things, facts, habits, or goals about you. At the end, choose 25 people to be
tagged. You have to tag the person who tagged you. If I tagged you, it’s because I
want to know more about you.

1) I fall into an emotional trap of wanting my parents to love and approve of me.
It has to be the most painful thing I do to myself. I had some awful experiences
growing up, but with my training I have learned to find the good things from my
past and my way of surviving was to connect to the Divine.

2) Ever since my birthday I have been craving American sugar cookies. Cookies in
America are really, really good. I love cookies!

3) Each day I am getting closer and closer to achieving my own personal and
business dreams. Right now my dream is to have 5 perfect clients. My dream client
at the moment is Liz Pabon. I love her energy, her spark and spirit! Liz rocks!

4) I am passionate about food and cooking. I can cook most things but I have never
mastered steak, or beef of any kind and baking. I use the Universe as my cookbook
and literally channel recipes. I just have never tapped into steak or baking
energy!!

5) All of my decisions are based from me reading the energy of something. This can
drive others mad as they are used to explaining, etc. I read it, decision made.
The only time this fails me is if I am out of alignment with myself and the
decision has to be made quickly. Then I just randomly decide and get into alignment
with my decision. Which works perfectly!

6) Growing up I wanted to be a hippy. I felt hard done by for not being born in
the 60’s.

7) I was homeless for a while when I was 19.

I am in huge debt because I invested every penny I could borrow in ME! Which
sometimes has been hard to deal with, but mostly I am so happy as I know that it
is paying off already!

9) Every day I work on my self worth, value and confidence.

10) The only things I want for my children is for them to feel loved, appreciated
and for them to know that anything is possible.

11) I’ve learned about relationships from first hand experience. I continued the
abuse I was born into up until I was 25. Since then I have delved into every
aspect of relationships with the amazing outcome of having the most gorgeous man
who loves me as unconditionally as humanly possible and loves my children as if
they were his own. In fact when we are out and about and people know we are a
mixed family, they always assume that I am the step mom.

12) I love raw chocolate, scented candles and playing computer games. I eat raw
chocolate because it is yummy and full of good stuff for my body. The only draw
back is that ordinary shop chocolate is just not tasty anymore! I love having lit
scented candles when I work. They support me in setting the energy! Computer games
are something I play to switch off and relax. Alas they are a learning tool and I
learned how to create energy balls by playing a space shoot them up game. The
energy balls are super cool. I create one in my hand and throw it into the room
for an instant change of good energy!

13) I love dancing. I’ve always used it as a way to connect to spirit and to play
with and find energy.

14) My all consuming passion is learning about my connection to Source and
personally developing. My favorite teachings have been from Abraham-Hicks. I
learned so much on the cruises, not just from the seminars, but from the people as
well. Marcey Shapiro and Star Woodward taught me some amazing things about myself,
love and life and I am ever so appreciative!

15) I have always wanted to be appreciative. I want people to know that I
appreciate them and for what. I want them to FEEL it!

16) I live in a stone cottage that was built around 1550 and I have sea views. I
still find it quaint to be living somewhere that is so old. That’s my American
coming through!

17) I want to have a house in the Caribbean that is walking distance
from the sea and a luxury log home in Canada that is surrounded by
nature.

18) I keep dreaming that someone will create a new Concorde. So much so that last night I dreamt about it.

19) I am pretty much like a bear in hibernation most of the time. I
value my own space and spend hours each day connecting to Source. I can
be social for short periods of time, but I sure do like to get back to
connecting to Source!

20) I want to be so rich that I have a personal shopper that buys me
new amazing things each day. I will appreciate and love them and then
immediately pass them on to my friends and anyone I come across. I want
to share the beauty and abundance that the Universe has to offer.

21) The newest thing I have trained in is Bars by Access Consciousness.
I still haven’t gotten my head around what it is all about, but it’s
exciting me, feels right and I have been using the question mantras for
a couple of months with incredible results! (Thank you Dee Light and Julia Hogg!)

22) I love intimate relationships. I am either really great friends
with someone and we connect when we connect, or I’m not. I love easily
and freely. And it is my pleasure to see the highest potential in
everyone I know.

23) The reason behind all my training, studying, connecting is so I can
learn how to feel better and better. Feeling good is really important
to me. In 2003 I was very ill with a mysterious illness (I say it was
personal unhappiness), I was in pretty bad shape, bed ridden for over a
year, had lots of surgeries, was on morphine patches. I’ve learned so
much about health and how my health is directly related to how I feel
about myself and my connection to Creator/Source Energy.

24) I take my abilities for granted as I’ve had them for as long as I
have remembered and all I’ve been doing is perfecting them. I assume
everyone has the ability and in no way do I ever see myself as special.
Saying that I think that how I work with clients is completely unique
and what I offer is a lifetime training and developing my skills.

25) I love water, nature, the country, wide open spaces and wildlife.
My daughter and I want to have enough money to have our own wildlife
reserve where we can get up close and personal with all of our favorite
animals…

Because I am cheeky I’m going to add that I am a child at heart. I love
to play and have fun. And more than anything I want to be loved!

Healing Art By Angela Bear

Dear Gorgeous and Beautiful Creators,

There has been such a wonderful response to my art that I wanted to write and tell you about it.
I’ve had a dream of being an artist since I was a young teenager. It was something that I wasn’t convinced I would achieve as I didn’t seem to have a flare for any of the methods I tried. Regardless I still held the dream and put energy into it whenever I thought about it.

The type of art I make is called Encaustic. It is made using a special smooth based iron and colored wax. This type of art is centuries old.

I first saw and bought a piece of this art in a cave in Glastonbury, UK. I then saw the art being made at Fayre. That is when I first started having the desire to do the art myself.

I literally was guided by Spirit to buy the iron and waxes and paper. I resisted for several years as I didn’t think I was very artistic. But one day wild horses couldn’t stop me from buying all that I needed.

I live on an island and somehow the local art store had everything there on the day that I HAD to buy the art supplies. All the others time I have gone in they didn’t have the irons or waxes and ever since they have never had the irons….

I just played around and was able to get amazing results very quickly. Every now and then I get the inspiration to create some pieces and I will sit down and have a play until I’ve released all the energy.

The results were amazing. The art seems to evolve once it is with it’s rightful owner. People have come back to me saying that they have found Native American looking faces in the art.

I channel a healing energy and use my Native American energy training to infuse the paintings with healing energy. I do this before I work on a piece and while I am working on it.

One of Joe Vitale’s Miracle’s Coach used the art as a way to make internal shifts.

I appreciate how many people enjoy the beauty of my art. It is a reflection of their (your) beauty.

Why did I not just buy the art supplies I needed when I first came across the right type of art for me? I feel I wasn’t aligned with it. I could have found and bought everything needed but I feel that my results would not have been as fantastic as they were once I was in the flow with my dream.

I’ve found that it is much better for me to hold a dream, to nurture it, feed it, to feel a gentle sanctity of that dream and the energy it holds. I wait to take action when the pull is guided by the Divine and my heart, instead of my logical head. The results are then more amazing then are logically possible!

Law of Attraction 2009

2009 is the most amazing year ever! Not only have I personally experienced how much more I am in alignment with myself, I have also been aware of how the Law of Attraction is unfolding in my environment. My clients are experiencing greater alignment, as are my friends.

My dear friends have shared their knowledge and awareness of just how powerful and yummy this year is. Michelle Casto  (http://www.brightlightcoach.com) and Jan Harper-Whale (http://www.earthtrinity.co.uk), are the two people that have shared my vision and understanding of the energy that is supporting us to transform into the powerful, joyful beings we are.

This year is about letting all of life come to you with ease, joy and glory.

This is the time to experience the dreams you have been creating.

Allow yourself to have the moments of clarity so you can see how the Law of Attraction is working in your life.

Use those moments of clarity to practice finding even better feeling thoughts

I love you! You are amazing expressions of Divine Energy.

The last few days have had Otter energy that I have been most aware of.

Otters are very dear to me. Here is a story why:

We had a rare breeds park on the island where I live, I took my children there. The first animals I was drawn to were the Otters. I went to their fence and put my hands on it, An Otter bounded up to me and reached his paw through the the gaps in the fence and I gave him my fingers. He proceeded to grab hold of my index finger with his softly padded paw and shake it. He grabbed hold of it the way that babies grab hold of fingers, only with a more gentle grip. My heart completely melted and I have thought of that experience time and time again.

I’m More Aligned With Money Than I Thought

Dear Gorgeous and Beautiful Friends,

Today I had an awesome email in response to the post I made in regards to my alignment with money! It is so good I have to share it with you!

I saw your recent post on money and it is so great!  I truly believe that money is not evil, money can be very good and can do a lot of good also.  Gaining wealth from doing something meaningful is a positive thing they are not mutually exclusive.  Here is a thought……if you do not gain some wealth from doing your meaningful work then you will not be able to do as much meaningful work and effect as many people in such a positive way because you will have to diffuse it with other things in order to find the basic comforts for yourself and family.  On our site money is a positive for women….they should feel that it is a positive and a wonderful thing and that it can come to them as long as they value themselves and their amazing advice.  Many women are not brought up to believe that and therefore run into some issues along the way.  The women on our site are in the business of advising people on money, therefore, it is a positive for them.  As a matter of fact, just yesterday I wrote a piece that goes on our site tonight about the importance of their calling to advise individuals and families on matters of money and wealth and the huge impact that makes even on the world.

I don’t have a problem with lots of money. It’s just what I am personally working on because I want to have astronomical amounts of it!
I’ve had proof of money flowing in and I have really let go of feeling the lack of it.. in fact it is easier and easier for me to see the evidence of it now AND in my past when I thought it wasn’t there, when it definitely was!
It seems logical to me that what Source wants for all of us is to experience abundance. It feels good to me to have ease in my life, having more money does bring ease. It can also bring joy. I’ve had the money to go on three Abraham-Hicks cruises, my children came with me on two of them. I’ve also had enough money to stay home, travel and generally study my spirituality and connection for over 7 years. So, really I think I am more aligned with money than I think and feel I am.

My Spiritual Connection is Guaranteed!

Dear Gorgeous and Beautiful Friends,

Today I want to share a bit about myself and my personal beliefs.

Two of my friends from Secrets of Her Success (http://www.secretsofhersuccess.com) have pointed out that in my writing success to me means financial gain.

Because this has been pointed out twice I had to really look at what and how I am writing. What I came to realize is that I am definitely writing as though financial success is the be all and end all. It is a complete deletion on my part.

You see my driving force is my connection to Source Energy. I spend at least 3-4 hours every day connecting to Source Energy. Hands down if I had to choose between having the connection I have and the connection I will have from maintaining my daily practice or financial abundance, I would definitely choose my connection to the Divine!

My driving force is to reach deeper, better states of connection, to learn new ways of healing and working with energy from Source. For me doing this is a given. I do it every day. My goal is to get ground breaking methods for connecting more fully to Source on a weekly basis. At present this happens every month or so.

What I have resistance with is financial abundance.  I am still working on believing, knowing and feeling myself having the financial abundance that I dream of.

So, I write about what success means to me, astronomical financial abundance, because what I know is guaranteed for me is my spiritual connection. Relationships is another area that I have worked on, I keep working on them, but I don’t feel a burning need for improvement. Relationships are something I understand and naturally focus some of my energy on.

Also if you have read my post on what is the most important relationship, you will know that my connection to Source is my ultimate relationship.

When I write to you and talk about your success, I see it as being a well rounded all encompassing success! Even when I leave out the Spiritual Connection. If you are working with me, it’s something that I take as a given. It is my driving force and because of the Law of Attraction I assume that it is essential for you as well.

My Secret: Introducing Abraham - The Secret Behind “The Secret”

Today i had been feeling insecure. Confidence is something I work on improving on a regular basis. The number one tool I use to feel better is a movie called: Introducing Abraham - The Secret Behind “The Secret”.

Today I have watched this disc one 3 times as I have been catching up on paperwork and reaching for better feeling thoughts.  This movie is my ‘rescue remedy’. When I am having a ‘funky’ day and my own tools are just not enough, I put on this movie and start connecting to who I really am.

After spending some time watching this amazing movie where Peter Beamish interviews Jerry and Esther Hicks and Abraham I feel back to my aligned and inspired self.  This is definitely my number one tool of outside information and energy to fix what ails me.

Julian, my husband/teacher, suggested to a client we were working with once to create a ‘rescue remedy’ box.  Have a box that you fill with things that make you feel good. Fill it when you have the clarity and awareness to do so and leave where it is easy for you to see and find. When you need a rope to pull you out of a ‘funky’ place open your box and use the tools you know will make you feel good!
