Destiny Versus Law of Attraction

Dear Amazingly Gorgeous LoveFilled Friends,

Today my beautiful and God of Light friend, Prabjot, phoned me. Prabjot had a question about the Law of Attraction that was so good I asked her to email it to me so I could write a post about it.

Here is her email:

I wondered if you could help me understand, the law of attraction and destiny. If destiny is something we have already, pre-agreed with the Divine spirit, and law of attraction is something we are trying to attract, surely law of attraction only works if it is for the highest good of all concerned. So what I am trying to understand is , how does Destiny, co-creation and law of attraction work.

Here is my reply to you and Prabjot:

Before we come into this physical reality we define the experiences that we will have.  My daughter, Serena, at the age of 5 told my husband and I one night from the back seat of the car that before she came here, she and God planned and wrote out what she would be doing on her hand.  I love that idea and it fits in with my belief system better than any other concept I have heard.

I came to my physical exsistence choosing to experience a profound connection with the Divine and to share that energy with others.  My life’s experiences have gotten me to where I am now.  I’ve been guided to get here.  Along the way I have had resistance and guidance.

The big things in my life have already been chosen.  Now what I have to do is let go of limiting beliefs so that I can be in the life that  has already been set up for me.

How do I know hat my Destiny is?

I find my way through how I feel to know what is waiting for me.  If I think of doing seminars with hundreds of people it feels scary, but it also feels right on a deep level.  Making enough money to travel around the world with my family feels better than thinking about having just enough money to pay my bills and have a little treat here and there.  For me, I know that my destiny is to reach higher levels of connecting to the Divine, to support people by aligning them with who they are and flooding unconditional love to them and making a nice amount money.

Does attaining my desires mean that others will be harmed?

Definitely NOT!  When I, or anyone, is in complete alignment with their destiny and who they really are everyone in their environment benefits from it!

Our environment is a reflection of how fully we are being who we really are.  It is a reflection of our relationship with the Divine.

How do I align with what I want?

The key is to put your focus on what you want.  If you are unclear as to what you want spend time defining what you don’t want so you can turn it around to find what you DO want.  Also consider that you DO know what you want, you’ve been spending your entire life defining it.  I’ve spoken to people who were so afraid of what they wanted because it was so different from their present way of living that they were burying their desires.

KNOW THIS:

If you can think or dream about something you can achieve it. Also regardless of the dream, thought, idea or concept you have right now, what you are capable of is even bigger, brighter and better.

You are here to experience your dreams. Your Divine Self and all the forces of Source are guiding you every second of every day.  All you have to do is focus on what you really want, feeling good and letting go of any beliefs that keep you from being who you really are.
