Feeling High or Inner Knowing?

Dear Magnificent Expressions of Divine Love,

Today I got an email from a client that has been using the Ho’oponopono to connect with Source Energy but finding that she is crashing down from that great feeling when she runs into things like her boyfriend being stressed. I am including a portion of my response to her because this is something you can benefit from.

The other day I had a brief encounter with a co-creator that is doing very well, but is very much ungrounded. I attempted to impart the importance to being grounding but was hit with the other person’s belief that being in a place of happiness and anticipation was what being connected is all about. I disagree, this is how I know it to be:

Grounding allows you to flow the energy of Source through you but in a down to Earth way. It is easier for us to whip up our energy and connect to Source by taking our awareness There but when we let go of that energy we do come ‘crashing down’. There is too much contrast in what you are used to thinking and feeling and what you feel when you raise your energy to that of Source Energy.

Alas you have grounding to connect in a completely different way and to stop you from crashing down.
Grounding keeps your awareness in YOUR BODY, instead of in your thoughts and outside of you. It allows you to connect to Source Energy but in a way that pulls Source Energy down TO YOU, as opposed to you raising your awareness to meet up with it either in your head or above you!

So, you Ground, you do your Ho’oponopono, you keep grounded, you bring the Energy of Source down to you and when you meet up with your reality through a stressed out boyfriend you are grounded, how can you crash? You may let go of your connection to Source, but not as completely as you had before, because you are grounded. You built your connection on a strong foundation and the more you practice Grounding the stronger your foundation is.

Energetically the way I see you connecting at the moment is like skyscraper on really long stilts reaching up to the clean, fresh air. Little breezes create huge movement and it can be a bit like being on a carnival ride. Gusts of wind come along and knock you down and then you have to start the whole process of rebuilding all over again. This is frustrating and let’s face it, it can also be tiring!

Energetically when you Ground you are building a deep foundation and building upon that is a solid structure that every day is reinforced through your practice of grounding. You don’t build yourself up as high as a skyscraper, because you realized you can bring down that cool clean fresh air down to you. You can feel the breezes and the wind but they don’t rock you.

Al ot of people associate the buzzy ‘high’ feeling as being connected. And it is being connected. It definitely is being connected to Source Energy. And yes when you are feeling that you are lining up with the things you want. But you are also precariously balanced on stilts. You can have the same results and very similar sensations flowing THROUGH your entire body and experiencing a deep sense of knowing and connectedness when you Ground.

Both ways of being connected are so similar at times that it can be a challenge to judge whether you are grounded or on a high. If you are excited and in a place of expectation then you are on a high. IF you are in a place of complete knowing, acceptance, allowance and good where you are in the moment not looking forward to anything then you are Grounded.

My recommendation is that you practice grounding 4 times a day and whenever you feel you need it.

If you need any more clarity on this let me know.

I love you.

Thank you.
